Myanmar Directorate of Investment and Company Administration issues draft forms relating to company directors and registration of changes to share capital

In preparation for the launch of the new electronic companies registry system, the Myanmar Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (“DICA”) has been regularly releasing sample forms. DICA is seeking to prepare a prescribed set of forms to collect company information required to be submitted to the Companies Registrar under the Myanmar Companies Law 2017. In this regard, on
4 June 2018, DICA has released draft forms for Categories C and D, which relate to registration of changes to the share capital and other matters of the company and registration of matters relating to the directors of the company, respectively.
