Our regional Energy, Infrastructure & Projects Practice is recognised as one of South-east Asia’s leading infrastructure projects practices, and is composed of a top-tier multi-disciplinary team of more than 20 specialists with experience across the whole life cycle of large and complex projects in Singapore, Malaysia and Myanmar as well as other countries in the region. From inception to commissioning, including financing, supply chain infrastructure, and plant operations and maintenance, our team supports our clients on all aspects of projects work, whether greenfield or brownfield and inclusive of cross-border ventures, to ensure seamless delivery at every stage. We also advise on subsequent asset monetisation and project restructuring, as well as any mergers and acquisitions or disputes which may arise.
We have extensive advisory experience in the import, transportation and sale of liquefied natural gas (LNG), natural gas and town gas, the supply/offtake of utilities, speciality gases and chemicals, the generation, transmission and sale of electricity as well as clean energy, desalination, utilities and waste-water treatment/disposal projects. Our team also works on infrastructure projects including airports, ports, land transportation, power plants, telecommunications and petrochemical plants and buildings. Our practitioners have extensive experience in public-private-partnership (PPP) and public infrastructure projects, tankage and terminalling, as well as logistics facilities and arrangements.
