DICA issues draft forms for registration of matters relating to overseas corporations, public companies, and mortgages and charges

In preparation for the launch of the new electronic companies registry system, Myanmar Companies Online (MyCO), the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (“DICA”) is in the process of issuing prescribed forms to collect company information required to be submitted to the Companies Registrar under the Myanmar Companies Law 2017, which will come into force on 1 August 2018.
DICA has released draft Category E, G and H forms for registration of matters relating to overseas corporations, public companies, and matters relating to mortgages and charges, respectively.
