Allen & Gledhill (Myanmar) Managing Director Minn Naing Oo, Consultant Dr Ei Ei Khin and Senior Foreign Associate Kang Yanyi contributed the Myanmar chapter to The International Arbitration Review (12th Ed, 2021), published by Law Business Research Ltd. The chapter provides an overview of international arbitration in Singapore and covers topics including the legal regime governing arbitration, arbitral institutions in Singapore, developments in Singapore affecting international arbitration as well as recent Singapore case law on issues in international arbitration.
