We handle a wide and diverse range of complex transactions. Our multi-disciplinary approach is finely attuned to addressing issues that may arise in acquisition/leveraged financing, real estate financing and infrastructure project financing, including data centres. We advise data centre operators as well as lenders in structuring both domestic and cross-border financing for data centres. Our team is well-versed with the legal and security arrangements customary to data centre financings, e.g. Subordination, Non-Disturbance, and Attornment (SNDA) agreements. Additionally, we advise on asset financing, ship and aircraft leasing, Islamic financing, and other highly structured financings.
