Partner Allen Choong of Rahmat Lim & Partners contributed the Malaysia chapter to The International Comparative Legal Guide to Investor-State Arbitration 2023, published by Global Legal Group Ltd, London. The chapter covers the status and future developments of treaties, legal frameworks, recent significant changes to treaty interpretation and policy with regard to investor-state arbitration, case trends, funding of investor-state claims, relationship between international tribunals and domestic courts and recognition and enforcement of an award.
