Acted as Malaysian legal counsel for Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility (“CGIF”), a trust fund of the Asian Development Bank, as guarantor in relation to the issuance of medium-term notes of RM165 million by INTI Universal Holdings Sdn. Bhd. Proceeds from the medium-term notes will be utilised to fund operating expenditures of the INTI Group which operates INTI International University Nilai, INTI International College Penang and INTI International College Subang.

OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad acted as principal adviser, lead arranger and facility agent for the above issuance.

Advising CGIF were Partner Kelvin Loh and Senior Associate Kimberley Yee.
