RM1.1 billion term financing-i facility based on the Shariah principle of Murabahah (via Tawarruq arrangement) to YTL DC South Sdn. Bhd.
Advised a syndicate of financiers (comprising OCBC Al-Amin Bank Berhad and Maybank Islamic Berhad as original financiers) (“Financiers”) on an RM1.1 billion term financing-i facility based on the Shariah principle of made available by the Financiers to YTL DC South Sdn. Bhd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of YTL Power International Berhad (a public listed company on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia), to part-finance the development costs for a LEED-certified 48-megawatt hyperscale data centre with approximately 535,692 square feet of gross floor area to be developed in Johor, Malaysia.
