International Arbitration 2022: (Trends and Developments) Malaysia

Partners Chong Yee Leong and Yap Yeow Han, as well as Senior Associates Abd Azim Bin Abd Razak and Lilian Saw, contributed the Trends and Development section of the Malaysia chapter to International Arbitration 2022, published by Chambers and Partners. The section provides an overview of trends and developments in international arbitration in Malaysia and covers topics including Malaysia as a seat of arbitration, proposed amendments to the Arbitration Act 2005 and developments by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).
