Advised OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad in respect of a syndicated bridging term loan facility of up to RM200 million and OCBC Al-Amin Bank Berhad in respect of a syndicated bridging term financing-i facility of up to RM600 million granted to edotco Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., a leading regional telecommunications infrastructure services company as the borrower/customer (“Borrower/Customer”) to, inter alia, finance the Borrower/Customer’s capital expenditure and working capital requirements (including the acquisition of telecommunication towers and infrastructures). The Borrower/Customer is a wholly owned subsidiary of edotco Group Sdn. Bhd., which in turn is a subsidiary of Axiata Group Berhad, a company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia.
