Syndicated Shariah-Compliant Facility of up to RM2 billion obtained by Malayan Cement Berhad based on the Shariah principle of Murabahah (via Tawarruq arrangement)
Advised Maybank Investment Bank Berhad, United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd, OCBC Al-Amin Bank Berhad and CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad (“financiers”) in connection with the syndicated Shariah-compliant facilities of up to RM2 billion based on the Shariah principle of Murabahah (via Tawarruq arrangement) obtained by Malayan Cement Berhad, a construction materials (e.g. cement and concrete) manufacturer in Malaysia, and which is a subsidiary of YTL Cement Berhad.
