New procedures and services to deal with land title rights in Indonesia during Covid-19 crisis

The spread of Covid-19 has affected activities of the National Land Agency (known locally as “BPN”), as reflected in Circular Letters of 16 and 27 March 2020. These Circular Letters have impacted BPN’s operations during the Covid-19 crisis, partly by requiring the majority of BPN officials to work from home. As a response to this extraordinary situation, BPN has issued regulations to ensure that land title related services are still available to the public.
