Advising on development and construction of Micron Technology Centre of Excellence and Manufacturing Facilities (Phase 2) in Penang
Advising Micron Memory Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., an entity of Micron Technology, Inc., on the second phase of the development and construction of a Centre of Excellence for the assembly, testing and manufacturing of solid-state drives and related facilities in Batu Kawan, Penang, including advising on the tender process, drafting and negotiating the construction contract. The indicative project cost for the second phase of the development is approximately RM600 million, which will form part of the Centre of Excellence with an initial overall indicative project cost of RM1.5 billion to be constructed on a piece of land located in Batu Kawan Industrial Park measuring approximately 52.6 acres.
